Upon having the sewer back up in our bathroom on our new carpet, my husband found your advertisement in the yellow pages. " MIRACLE ROOTER " He liked the name as we are Christians.

A kind, knowledgeable young man named Edgar came to our home and took all the worries off my husband by giving us assurance that people would be there the next day........and they were.

Then we spoke to David many times in the office. Another amazing person. And then Harley and his workmen arrived. We have never seen so many men work so hard and so long and not one complain from them. We love Harley.

The receptionist by name of Jasmine was very pleasant and she promised me that the technician will be at my property within 60 minutes. I just wanted to express my appreciation for the excellent way both Alan and Ben handled my sewer situation. Both maintained good communication with me, answering my questions, showing me the damage done by the roots of trees in the sewer line and carefully explaining and demonstrating the procedures used to remedy each new situation found. Amazingly, all the work was done in just two days! The crews, under the able direction of Alan and Ben, worked diligently and wasted no time. I also appreciate that each member of the crew was courteous and there was no excessive noise so my neighbors weren't disturbed by the work being done. Additionally, all trash created was handled and everything was put back almost like it had been found. This is a very highly commendable crew!.
